The IMA Financial Group has hired Eric Pauly to manage the company’s legal department.
As an associate general counsel, Pauly will be IMA’s primary attorney for matters involving corporate, securities and tax law, intellectual property, debt/equity structuring, real estate management and mergers and acquisitions.
Pauly, who left his role as a partner attorney at Foulston Siefkin LLP, will work closely with IMA’s general counsel SueAnn Schultz as she transitions to a chief administrative officer role for the company.
Pauly offices out of IMA’s Wichita office.
His is a graduate of Colorado State University with a business administration degree. There, he was a two-year captain of the university’s football team and a three-time academic All-American.
Pauly attended law school Washburn University School of Law and graduated magna cum laude. He later received a master’s of law degree, with an emphasis in tax, from New York University.
Pauly spent eight years with Foulston, and was elected as partner in 2016.
